Headphones sound only on left side

I have recently been having issues with my headphones cutting in and out. When they cut out, the sound in the headphones is only on the left side. I have replaced the adapter and this still happens. I have also tried to use the smaller headphone jack and same thing.
I have used these exact same headphones with multiple devices with no issue. I am afraid it's the XDJ-RX 2's actual ports.
Should I send the board in one try to replace the headphone jack on the XDJ-RX 2 myself? I dont want to void warranty but I also use this controller every single day for practice and performances.
