MacBook Wont Recognise DJM900 Nexus

Hi, trying to record a mix from my Pioneer DJM900 Nexus to my Macbook OS High Sierra 10.13.6

Ive downloaded the drivers (version 1.4.0)

Ive downloaded Audacity 2.3.0

Ive connected my DJM900 to my Macbook via usb and set all mixer outpouts on the setting utility to REC OUT

When i open Audacity it only shows 'Built-in Microphone' in devices. Ive tried Transport > Re-scan.. Nothing changes

When i go to Mac > System Pref > Sound.. Nothing shows up in the apart from Internal Microphone.

You need to re-install the drivers and ensure that you disable the High Sierra driver security so they are fully installed and recognized by the OS. Follow the instructions here.

This worked. Thankyou so much!

Awesome - thanks for writing back. Enjoy!

Hi Pulse, upgraded to Mojave 10.14 last week. Similar issue again.

The DJM900 is showing up in audacity, garageband.. But no sound coming through.

The above link with instructions no longer works also :/

@Monty > Because you already had the drivers installed. Try uninstalling them from within the driver package, reboot, then install the drivers and follow these steps.
