XDJ RX2 Not Starting

Hello,

I have a pioneer console xdj rx2... while I was playing using my laptop and rekordbox application my console suddenly freezed/stopped.

I turn it off and then on but now it's even worse.

When I turn on my console, display is black, Rekordbox(within rx2)  doesn't load up.  Just a blank screen. The controller still lights up and remains lit when turned on (certain buttons) but the screen just remains blank.

Tried the USB1 Stop + Reloop/Exit while turning on but nothing happens on screen.

I am using the latest firmware.

What to do ??? my console is completely unresponsive.
