DDJ-SB3 FX nobs
Every time I use my FX nob and buttons, they cut out my music. You can see it within the lights on the board when using the FX nob, it looks like there is a open circuit or something, I had it sent in, they couldn't fix it, sent me a brand new controller, and it's doing the same thing!

i have the same problem i change the controller but still the same problem
I have the exact same problem. Have a well powered windows 11 machine. Everything works great except whenever I adjust the knobs with or without effects selected, the music cuts out. I can see it on the Serato DH lite software as well. Been happening since I got the deck. VERY FRUSTRATING that I can't use those FXs
Would LOVE some help on what needs to happen to get that to stop. Just updated firmware to the latest 1.03 hoping that would resolve the issue but nope.
