How to synk

Please share a video on how to Down Load, install, setup and   how to update the Rekordbox Software and more importantlly how to synk both DJ Mixing controller with the laptop in our case is a Windows 10     64 bits  OS, We have the issue when synking the mixer with the laptop the Computer does recognized the device (PIONER DJ Controller DDJ-XR Model) but dos not let us to use the mixing Model DDJ-XR, we updated the firmware and the drivers, already in the laptop, but the mixing dj controller does not synk whith the Rekordbox Software in the laptop.
