DDJ ERGO V Not having contact with software

Hello, I bought the DD-ERGO-V From Pioneer, ofc.

After downloading the software and the drivers, my controller just makes these nice snake-like-LED moves, without having contact with the software, on my laptop, it has contact but wont play any music out of my boxes/headphone.

Any helps?
