JUST RECEIVED MY XDJ-RX2
MANAGED TO GET IT WORKING WITH SOUND THROUGH BOTH DECKS
NOW ONLY DECK 1 HAS ANY AUDIO, THE TRACKS ARE LOADING NORMALLY AND PLAYING BUT SOUND IS ONLY COMING FROM DECK 1
SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS

Is deck 2 switched to "aux" instead of "deck"?
lol - "Sorry about the caps." I love that you managed to type that but couldn't figure out how to hit the CAPS LOCK button to turn it off. 🤣
Are you using the RX2 as a stand-alone unit or as a controller?

RE CAPS, If you could see my desk with the XDJ on it you would understand!
I have noticed this
when deck one is playing music, on the screen the word "DECK" has red brackets around it
when deck 2 is playing there are no red brackets, I'm now thinking the volume slider control for deck 2 isn't working.
Is the trim knob turned down for that channel? Do you see levels in the meter?
