Why was my thread about my 5hr old Rev7 being bricked deleted?

Nobody is covering anything up. This is our forum, not our 1:1 support channel where such issues are best addressed. Thank you for your understanding and please direct any other complaints or comments to your respective tickets.
Too bad they aren't as vigilant about solving issues THEY KNOW exist as they are about deleting posts. Screen shot everything.
they have my tickets all marked as "Solved" though I have no resolution.
