Problems with DDJ SR and Serato
Hi there, iam having issues with my ddj sr and serato. Serato Support couldn't help me until now, so I try here:
I can connect my controller to Serato, load tracks into the decks, but when I press play, the virtual decks are moving like in super-slowmotion and I have no sound. The level meter is moving but nothing comes out. I have the latest driver and firmware installed.
I hope anybody could help me because I don't know what else to do.

I was trying to determine if it was a problem with the jog sensor engaging / disengaging rapidly, but that wouldn't happen in "CDJ" mode.
I'll direct you to please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Something about the computer? Have you tried using the controller on another computer?
yes i allready did it. i used it at my older pc with windows 7 and same problem. i even formatted the old windows 7 pc but nothing changed. In my opinion it must be a software-problem, for what should serato give support...
Could possibly be a hardware problem with the SR... does it also happen if you disable vinyl mode on the deck?
yes it does...
what it could have to be with the vinyl mode?
