DJM-V10 error E-10 turning on
Good afternoon after working the mixer for a few weeks well After arriving and updating successfully yesterday it started up with an error showing this error on the comma screen and tried to update again but it stays at 65% and then shows the error attached images I would appreciate if you could help us to get it started.

@Ant Field > Have you tried running an update or is that just every time you power it on? If it isn't fixed with an update, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your mixer inspected and/or repaired.
Can you please try updating it again?
I have the exact same issue. Update hangs at 65% then E-10
Trying for v1.08
Now every time the unit turns on, it wants a FW update, which then fails.
Sorry, it looks like a hardware fault - please see the link above to have it serviced.
