Touchscreen none responsive
Not a happy bunny at all i have had my nxs2 set up since august 2019 frim pet free smoke free home and not used a lot either maybe once or twice every two to 3 weeks and very well lookd after and now my touchscreen has become unresponsive when first swithcd on works after about an hour n half just not good eonough after paying thousands of pounds for this equipment and wait years to get my dream set up just a bloody joke i have treid a master reset but dosent make any difference i am really gutted

Sorry to hear about that. If you can try doing the touchscreen calibration or a firmware update first, that would be the best things to try, but if that doesn't resolve it, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
