After firmware update
I have a ddj-rr just today did a firmware update and now the play buttons don’t work when I push them everything else seems to be ok I can control the tracks by spinning the platers.. I don’t know what to try any ideas ??

Please try resetting the MIDI configuration by opening rekordbox, click the MIDI button at the top right, then click the RESET button at the top right of the MIDI window.
