Which driver are you using? The driver on the support site works just fine for any version of OS X from 10.6 to 10.10.
Note that OS X 10.11 is not yet supported.

We don't yet have any driver verification timeline for OS X El Cap, you can watch the Announcements or Drivers / Firmware article sections of the website for details when it's posted.

I know it says nothing - I said above "We don't yet have any driver verification timeline" and that you could monitor (or subscribe) to those article sections for when we DO have that info.
I am also waiting, my Notes app on iOS9 is no longer synced with OS X 10.10 so I have to upgrade to EL Capitan as soon as possible, unfortunately the DJM-900NSX doesn't work with Traktor.
