How to retrieve a lost cd key?
Can someone just call the support number to get the cd key?
my friends macbook was logged in under my account so i can test Rekordbox DJ with his equipment before he purchased, he then when and bought it, got the email but never put the code in because he didn't need it yet, now he wants to use it and the email is deleted cause , well, he's special.... LOL... jk, he's a good guy
anyway, whats the best way to help him retrieve it?

If you've associated the license key from rekordbox DJ with your account, you can login to KUVO.com and see it there.

I tried this a few weeks back and noticed i had 2 different activation keys, Now when i login I see only one and if I try and activate the old one I used to see the activation fails.
I found it for him, i took a pic a while back when both appeared, found the pic :)
