DJM s9 switching laptops
So I been having trouble when a new Dj jumps on usb 2. When I switch it to usb 2 it plays on internal mode but doesn't read the needle on the turntable. Only seems to work on internal mode. Any ideas?

Are you switching the input selector knobs to USB B?
Yes and you can hear it on internal mode but when u switch to relative mode with the needle on the vinyl it doesn't read it
Does the mixer have the latest firmware installed? Does the 2nd computer have the proper driver installed?
I need to check that.
And the latest version of Serato DJ?
