Filter Fade Button does not work - DJ Controller DDJ-SB
Hello,
I have a DDJ SB Controller. The filter fade butter does not work. The function of the crossfader is always on. Wenn the crossfader is completley on the left or right desk, I can not you my headphones to listen to the other deck. That's no fun to work so :(
How this problem can be solved?

Indeed, you can't turn the crossfader off.
To cue in headphones, press the corresponding deck's CUE button. Ensure your headphone knob is turned fully to the CUE position.
The filter fade button has nothing to do with pre-fade/cue.

The CUE Button works only when the crossfader is min. in half position.
Exemple: When the crossfader is completly on desk one, and I want to prehear desk two, this does not work, when I push the CUE Button for desk two.
Only when I move the crossfader to the middle I can prehear desk two.

Also, you CAN disable the crossfader in your Serato DJ Setup menu.
