Cdj 2000 nexus 2 display
have two new cdj 2000 nexus 2 and i thik that one of them have a problem.
The ítems in gray colour appear like purple or pink. In l"oop mode box" upper line appear also in this colour. In "quantize box" letters appears like some parts gone...
I attached two photos from the one that is ok (player 2) and the one witch the problem (player 1).
Have tried to update the firmware, change the number player... but nothing.
Is there a "service" menú or somthing to check the display? or something i can do before go to the technical service?

Huzzah! A quick response!
They've said it looks like a fault with the display - you may be able to return it to the retailer (if it's within their return period) or you'll have to send it to Pioneer DJ for an in-warranty servicing.
Sending this to our CDJ engineers for comment; may take a day or three to get an answer.
