feature request: add midi map sampler1-16 gain and mute

would it be possible to add midi controls for sampler gain+mute for sampler1-16?

i often want to fade in or out certain samples not just the master sampler volume level.  then I can map to something like an APC20/LPD8, etc.

trying to do this all in rekordbox without having to chain into something like ableton or traktor remix decks.
