XDJ-RX LOST DB if after gone on XDJ 1000
Each time that use usb stick (some tipe & models tried) if i use XDJ 1000 & after gone play on XDJ RX have no problem, but sometimes, after i've used on XDJ-RX & try to use in XDJ-1000 i see only contents folder... (from mac i see all the other system file, but obviously something went wrong on DB file)
NB: All USB key each time ejected with USB STOP

You should ensure that your firmware is up-to-date in your players.
Can you tell me what make / model USB drives you used?
Yes i've checked firmware and is updated, i've same problem with corsair, datatravel and lexar usb drive... the problem appeared when have updated rekordbox the time before last... but only the other day, I understood what he was doing to disappear the database...
NB. if then I re-use the USB key on XDJ RX working properly...
Corsair Survivor drives are known to be problematic, but I'm not aware of any issues with the other drives (not to say there aren't potential problems though).
I would recommend formatting and re-exporting to those drives as a test to see if the problem occurs again.
