DDJ RZ - Jog wheel Problem
Hi there I have recently changed from the DDJ SX (Serato) to what I was hoping to be more competent and professional unit being the DD RZ (Rekordbox). In the short time I have had this new unit I stress my disappointment as the right hand jog wheel wont stay in beat even when both wheels/tracks are aligned perfectly. Can someone assist, is this a software issue or hardware? Also is the DDJ RZ compatible with Serato? as im currently thinking of reverting as I find it much more accurate.

@Brad > Have you update to the latest RZ firmware? Are you using the latest drivers? Are you using the latest version of rekordbox, 4.0.8?

Is there a Pioneer service center in the UAE this unit is cactus?.... freezing up now as well as doesn't stay in the correct BPM... terrible unit and or software.
