still trying to update rekordbox 3
phoned pioneer,and was told there is a problem with the kuvo site.
got told to download firefox,and sign up using that,and i will receive the email in like 5 or 10 mins
well,done all that and still no email
what a waste of time

I did not receive an email until I clicked on "SIGN UP" AFTER you click "create account"
so I did the following
entered username, email, password
clicked "create account"
the next page say account created but THEN you have to click "sign up" and THEN I got the email to finish up

Pioneer customer service told me(on the phone) to download firefox and create account/sign up/sign in using that and i should get the email after 5 or 10 mins

sorry, I post a lot so lose track of who I tell what to, LOL
but just an FYI, I tested another account last week and still have no email so something is definitely f'd

that I don't know, I am in the same boat as you, Fortunately my first registration when 3.0 initially came out worked but some tests I did with other accounts after did not, I guess I got lucky
