Pioneer Cdj 2000 (2011) having Problem
Whenever I click the time remaining button/auto cue my master tempo turns on. I dont think this is a bug since my Firmware is up to date & think it might be a problem on the inside of the Cdj. Is there any way to fix this problem ?

Take it to a Pioneer dealer and let them them do a service, that's usually the safest way :)
