re-install recordbox with a newly purchased controller?

hi, i have been using performance mode for last 30 days(now expired), and my library is set up. I have just plugged in the FLx4, do I have to re-install everything and download recordbox again? I cant find a way round it.

Hi Lee,
You don't need to reinstall Rekordbox.
When you plug in a device that is hardware unlock (like the FLX4) it should unlock features in Performance Mode for you to use with a controller.
Double check that the controller is recognised. It should be shown as a device in Device Manager and the controller should be lit up.
