DDj Ergo V Problem with fader accuracy

First i want to say sry bout my english...

I have a big problem with the accuracy of the pitchfader in use with traktor.

I got the tsi file from here everything seems just fine and works good. Only the fader makes troubles:

My problem are the deathzones in the middle (about 0,75 cm), at fastest position (about 0,3 cm) and at the slowest position same 0,3 cm deathzone...

But traktor knows i am doing something just about moving 1 mm up and down. I know that because the midilight obove is blinking.

so i think its a problem of the mapping - isnt it?

This is very important for me cause i want to learn djing without that damn sync button and its hard enough with drum and bass.
