Never used an FX unit with my setup
Was thinking of getting one maybe the EFX-1000 however I know it has been out for a while and who knows when another one will be available that is newer. I have always just had two decks and a mixer. Right now my setup is 2x CDJ-2000n's and brand new Xone 92 that I love. After seeing that video of Zabiela doing that demo of the CDJ-2000 with the FX processor - I saw that the guy was having more fun with his decks aside from making a very sick sounding demonstration.
If I got one of these would I love it is what I am wondering.

I have one and it does provide a complete new sound and is great to learn on,
Always a great toy if you have the cash laying around.

Will there be a new FX unit?! Probably. Just as likely as there'll be a new CDJ and DJM. We don't know when. If the EFX1000 fits into your setup now then go for it!
