Deleting Hot Cues
I can not figure out how to delete hot cues from my usb stick. I have tried everything I can think of and went back in the manual but didn't see anything. How do you do this?

you mean the ABC hot starts? If so, they cannot be deleted, only overwritten

Do you just save multiple reg ques or do you use the ABC cues?
I use both, I use the 10 hot cue option when I just want to jump to a of a track quick and hit play to drop in a track, I use the hot starts (ABC) if I feel like doing manual loops or "stuttering" a part of a track, also for quick return if I need
