Pioneer Support Lacking

So I spend $2500 (CDN) on the Pioneer XDJ-RX2 and Pioneer support leaves me out to dry.

FOUR COMPUTERS I have tried to install the driver on running XP to Windows 7 Home, Premium, Ultimate....no luck

Here is what I get:

Device driver software was not successfully installed

Please consult with your device manufacturer (which would be PIONEER) for assistance getting this device installed.

Generic USB Hub - Ready To Use

USB Composite Device - Ready To Use

PIONEER DJ XDJ-RX2 - Failed

Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX2 Midi - Ready To Use

USB Input Device - Ready To Use

Please can someone help me get my unit working??
