Hello there,

For about a month now I've been having trouble crossfading, when I drag it to the left music will only play out the left speaker, same for the right. Also the volume when adjusted affects the speaker, for example if I drag the left volume knob down (that would ordinarily lower the controllers volume) the speaker to my left will lower in volume instead.

I'm running a pioneer setup that consists of a DJM 250 and 2 x CDJ 350's, all firmware has just been updated. All this with off my HP Windows 8 laptop and using Traktor Scratch Pro 2.1.2.

I'm open to any suggestions at all, I haven't changed any settings or external cords since it was working properly.

Would it be worth uninstalling then reinstalling it?

Try running the set-up wizard again and see if that changes the issue, if not I believe the issue is sw related.  Have you tried a flash drive or disc with the players and mixer to see if you have the same issue?
