Rekordbox ver. 6.8.2 not oppening on laptop

Hi! I just byed a new laptop, ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZC4 with Intel i5-12500H , 16gb ddr4 and I cant open the rekordbox... I installed/uninstalled it, turn of the windows defender, everything i found on the internet and is not working. I press click to enter on app, is loading then nothing is happening. Please help me
