XDJ RX3 - Error in Playlists ordered by alphanumeric key
Hello!! I have been waiting for years for the firmware update on the XDJ-RX3 where they accommodate the alphanumeric key ordering. On rekordbok it reads well, but on the device's display it goes from (1B) to (10A). The correct way to scroll would be to go from (1B) to (2A). It's a nuisance that they are not in order, you have to go up and down in a playlist ordered by KEY. I hope the error is understood, and if it can be resolved as soon as possible. It is a team that is 3 years old or more, and such a simple error has not yet been solved.

Its a year later now and still no resolution on this issue - this is very disappointing and I see many threads with this same issue getting closed for comments - why is Pioneer Dj sweeping this issue under the carpet?
Yes, I think any rookie programmer can solve this problem!! How do we get more feedback?
Hi djmarcosponcio
I share the feedback with our engineers and Product Planning team.
In the meantime, the workaround for previous models is to sort Key on rekordbox, select all 1A tracks, and edit all 1A to 01A like below:
If you edit all 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B.....9A, 9B, and export to a USB drive, it will show on the previous models in Alphanumeric order.
If you check the "Display key information on the database" in Preferences > View > Key display format, you can edit it.
