Key Match will not turn on

I cannot get the GREEM key match function to work in RB 6, it was working before it went away, I need help with my settings i think, i have followed all of the instructions to turn it on but cannot seem to fix it.   I also think it may have something to do with the memory on my laptop.  If someone from tech could call me me that would be great 8133902777
