Effect Knob

Hello, 

I bought this product after thorough research on which one is the most suitable product for me, and even though (beyond all the glory of this product presently in the market and identified problems) I had read about few problems with the hardware in specific, I went ahead with the decision.
Ofcourse, just like the general public, I am more than content with the product, however, my effect knob has some issue. It was loose initially when it arrived however due to often use of (just like crossfader) I considered it is built that way, but with time, it has gotten more loose. So much so now, that I am afraid it will literally come out.

Thus, I am reaching out to you today regarding this, my effect knob, and the issue, and please guide me what we can do about it: replacement, repair or whatever trajectory is to be followed from here under its warranty period. I want my product to be in the best condition, especially during the events, and I am not putting up with this.

I am aware that it could take a lot of time for you to even reach back in such issues, due to the focus of your team on this part than selling, marketing etc. Thus, I also request expedition in my case, already. so that I don't have to write again and again. Time is precious.
