After reinstalling windows tracks are greyed out but not missing

So I reinstalled windows and rb had my library from before, as you see on one of the greyed tracks it thinks the library is on a network device but when i go to open with explorer it shows the correct local location, but i cant get the greyed out tracks to show that theyre just on the local machine even though it locates them correctly?

It means i dont have the options on right click to upload them etc
