Rekorbox DVS license it's saying it's attached to another account
I activated my DVS license key on my laptop.
I wiped my laptop to start clean.
Downloaded Rekordbox 5, went to settings, license, entered my license # and it's telling me it's being used by another account.
What do I do to fix this?
