Relocate the same song in 2 playlists after deleting duplicates
Hi there,
I created my library recently and downloaded some MP3 files. Dragged them into Rekordbox and placed them in the first "Playlist 1". Later, I downloaded some more files for the second "Playlist 2", including some duplicates from the first playlist, which my laptop didn't notice. So in Rekordbox, it looked like the same song, but it was accessing it on 2 different files. To get rid of the duplicate files, I dragged all files on my laptop into one "master folder" and the system replaced the duplicate files automatically. Auto-relocated everything in Rekordbox but here comes the problem: In Playlist 1, "Song A" was found without any problems. But when I enter Playlist 2 and want to auto-relocate the same "Song A", it says: "This file is already in the collection". In reality, it isn't just one song but way more, so it would be a massive effort to delete "Song A" from Playlist one, then auto-relocate / manual relocate "Song A" in Playlist 2 (which then works) and drag it inside of Rekordbox into Playlist 2.
Is there an automatic, faster way around that problem?
Thanks!

Even though two tracks are same track, rekordbox identifies them as they are different tracks.
Unfortunately, rekordbox doesn't have a function to merge these tracks.
