Rekordbox slow to export playlists and playlists not showing on XDJ RX but tracks are on there

Hi just upgraded laptops so I transferrred my songs and database over to the new one. All is fine the tracks all work and the cue points e.t.c 

I plug my USB in and press export it has 2 export bars at the bottom and goes extremely slow. Doesnt move at all really, I plug my USBs into my XDJ RX now and the playlists are all "empty". But if I go to All Tracks it shows them all so they're on the USB.

Anyone any idea how to fix please as its quite annoying. Many thanks!
