DJM-S11
Getting a static sound from mixer. Sounds as if my speaker was broken. All new equipment, mixer is less than a year old, speaker/s, cables, Phase, 1200's all new and working with serato dj pro. Only the laptop isn't new but works flawless and only used for djing/music nothing else. All firmware is up to date. When I turn on the system everything works fine then eventually that static sound arises. After checking cables/connections, speakers, phase, control vinyls, literally everything, I turn the mixer off and back on and NO MORE STATIC. That has become routine! I'm hoping its something easy I'm overlooking. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If it's less than a year old have it checked by sending it in for repairs through the store you bought it from.
It's sad you haven't received a reply from their staff in the 1,5 months you've posted this.
