Track preview with Xone 96?

Hi all - I have new Xone96 and 2 CDJ 3000 and I'm surprised that track preview does not work with the mixer. Or is I doing something wrong? It can't really be that it only works with Pioneer mixers. It should at least work with Xone 96, which is used in dozens of clubs. A short info or preferably a tip on how it works would be really great!
