Meaning of greyed out playlists in rekordbox's SYNC MANAGER

The grayed out playlists in Sync Manager indicate they are not the playlists synced with the Sync Manager.

But in my case these playlists are synced with Sync Manager.

I will follow this thread since I have the same issue with latest version of RB.

Playlists are all synced with SYNC Manager, but some are greyed out after syncing.

I have the same issue. Playlist is there, synced and all, but still grey in rekordbox...

I played a gig last night and discovered this issue. At home on my old CDJ-900 (2008) everything was fine (those don't show much on the display anyway) but in the club on CDJ-3000s almost all tracks from those greyed out playlists had to be analysed by the CDJ again... little annoying, I hope this gets fixed soon...

Same here, grayed for no obvious reason. One of the zillion bugs.

So to answer your question: there's no meaning, it's a bug. Good thing it seems to be harmless one.

I also have some white playlists and some greyed-out ones. I tried to sync 10 times in a row, but no changes... It would be good to get a sync report that states if there are issues. Now it is often not clear if the sync went well (or whether sync actually stopped already after 1 or 2 seconds).

Why is Pioneer not responding to this, already open since April 2024???

I have already replied to this on April 2024. It is not a bug. 

If you have the playlists synced with Sync Manager and they are still grayed out, then please file an inquiry ticket here and our support team will gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.

@Gabriel, it may be an idea to provide a menu after the sync manager has run. The sync manager often shows small progress screens for a millisecond, but that's obviously too fast to keep track of.

If "grey" means "not ok", it should be mentioned in a summary report after the sync has been done what the issues are, so that we don't encounter surprises at the gig.
