Track Analysis

I am currently trying to analyse a load of new music files I have acquired and for some reason the analysis is stuck at 0%.

I have tried updating my macbook (no change)

I have tried updated to latest rekordbox (no change)

I have tried manualy importing each track and clicking analyse through the track bar at the top (no change)

I'm running out of options here to be honest I don't understand why its not working.

All my files and library are kept on an external drive which I plug into my laptop everytime I use rekordbox, there has been absolutely no problems up until this point.

Please can someone advise me what to do here because i'm feeling pretty helpless right now with this situation
