Capture loop doesn't work anymore

The capture of a loop doesn't work anymore.

You are in Performance Mode, you have a loop, click on the scissors and the loop section turns blue and then you drag that section to an available slot in the Sampler to extract that loop into int's own seperatre file.

Nothing happens when I drag the loop to a empty sample slot. 

Highly important for me!
