left side Hot Cue gate issue rev 7

Hey all, 

I'm running the following config:

- firmware 2.01

- Rekordbox 6.8.5

- MacBook Pro with Apple M1 Pro chip 16GB ram Sonoma 14.4.1

- Rekordbox set to have gate cue playback enabled

Issues with left hot cue pads only. When holding the hot cue, it will not play, it’ll play half a second, like a stutter, then stop until the finger is lifted and remain stopped.

Expected behaviour is the track will play until the finger is lifted.

The right hot cue pad works fine, and plays until the finger is released

Occasionally the left deck will not stop when holding the platter also (while spinning)

Have thought it was a hardware issue and sent off for repairs and Jands in Australia. it was tested fine, no fault found, and sent back with ribbons re-soldered as a precaution

The same issue persisted

What was peculiar though, is I've attempted on Serato 3.1.3 (same laptop) however and cannot replicate the problem leading me to believe it’s an issue within the rekordbox software or new firmware perhaps that has caused this.

is this a known issue? the right side works fine on both serato and rekordbox, only rekordbox has an issue with the left side?
