I have a new DDJ Flx6GT, and I am using rekordbox. Everything appears to be working correctly, except for monitoring via headphones. I have set both audio settings to "phones", however I can only hear the master output (channel fader up), when the "mix dial" is either all the way to the left (on cue) or centered. however, if I turn the dial all the way to the right (master) I hear nothing...I have ensured the "headphone queue button (master) was selected, however no change.
I have checked all settings, firmware and such, and issue persists.
has anyone else had this issue?
Also, I should note I installed Serato DJ pro, and the output works correctly, so its not a hardware issue, bur something in the software.

This has been resolved, with a complete uninstall, deleting of user files and then fresh install.
