Does FLX4 come with a rekordbox license key?

Does FLX4 come with a rekordbox license key? I could not see any license key. In addition, when I connect to Recordbox, my current plan is free version. Is it normal?

Hi there,

The DDJ-FLX4 does not come with a rekordbox license key as it is only compatible with version 6 of rekordbox.

Also, the DDJ-FLX4 is a hardware Unlock Device with rekordbox 6

I have just bought the DDJ-FLX4, does it also work with Rekorbox 7? (I mean obtaining the pro version with our purchase)

If so it happens just by connecting the controller?

That is correct Adeline, it happens by just connecting the controller.

Thanks for your quick answer, it did work with connection 😉
Another question, i have a ton of mp3 from the 2010's stored, i would like to use them with rekorbox 7 ( instead of dowloading them again) but it does not recognize them for the import, any explaination about that? Is the format too old?
