CDJ3000 Bug: update track rating
The appears to be a bug in the CDJ3000 with updating track ratings. If I update the rating on the player, they do not get synced back into Rekordbox.
When I connect the USB to the Rekordbox software on my computer, I can see the updated ratings on the USB, but when I try to sync back from my USB to the Rekordbox software, the rating changes will not sync. After a full sync (from the USB back to Rekordbox and then from Rekordbox to the USB), the end result is that the USB Device Library contains the rating changes, The Rekordbox library does not contain the rating changes, and the USB Device Library Plus also does not contain the rating changes.
My firmware on the CDJ3000 is updated to version 3.13.

Additional information...if I right click on my device in the left navigation within Rekordbox and choose "Update Collection", the ratings appear to sync correctly. The problem seems to be with using the left-pointing arrow in the Sync Manager. The arrow syncs new hot cue points but seems to have a bug with syncing the ratings.
More troubleshooting...I'm trying to update ratings on the CDJ3000.
1. I have a group of tracks, I updated their ratings on the CDJ.
2. I validated that the ratings were all changed by scrolling through the playlist with "Info" shown, and all the updated ratings were there.
3. I pressed "USB Stop" to eject the drive and plugged it into my laptop and viewed the contents of the USB in Rekordbox, all ratings are blank. If I plug the USB back into the CDJ and view it there, they are all blank again also.
I then tried to update the ratings on the USB directly in the Rekordbox "Devices" view and used "Update Collection" to try to sync them back into my Rekordbox collection. Nothing happens in my Rekordbox collection, now the end state is that the ratings exist on my USB, but do not exist in Rekordbox.
So the current synopsis of the problem is that:
1. Ratings updated on the CDJ3000 are lost on ejecting the USB (appears intermittent for certain tracks and happens regularly for certain tracks, I can't find a pattern)
2. The left-facing arrow in Rekordbox sync manager does not sync rating information back into the Rekordbox collection, and the right-click "Update Collection" option does not do it reliably.
Please help.
Pioneer support just emailed me back and was able to reproduce "2. The left-facing arrow in Rekordbox sync manager does not sync rating information back into the Rekordbox collection" as a bug that will be addressed in the future. Would still appreciate any insight or if anyone can reproduce "1. Ratings updated on the CDJ3000 are lost on ejecting the USB"
