Smart playlist on HD suddenly empty and now taking forever to sync

I use a Samsung T7 where I keep my RB database and I also sync all of my playlists to so I can use the same HD to plug into the CDJs when I'm playing. The other day, after the Rekordbox7 update, all of a sudden all the intelligent playlists on the device where suddenly empty, I have no idea why. The same playlist are still completely fine in my collection. Now to sync everything again is taking forever, I'm still in the process but I guess is gonna be about 6 hours when done. All the files are already on the T7 so I'm not sure what could possibly take this long.
I`m not sure if there's a better way to do this but I use a lot of intelligent playlist and sync all of them on the T7 where my db and all the files are. It seems to me like it's very problematic though, how can it take so fucking long to sync when the files are not even being copied.

Also I don't know how they could all possibly be empty all of a sudden! I had a gig a few hours later when this happened and had to export a few playlist to a USB because to resync everything would take way too long. :(
It seems like it's analysing tracks while syncing.. even though they've all been analysed already???
