Rekordbox 7 Collection in playlist mode
Hello,
I noticed that collection disapear on playlist mode.
So I don't get how I'm supposed to add my new tracks (in collection) into my different playlist.
I know I have shortcut and use Vertical su browser for moment ...
But that's very not practical.
I don't get why you separate collection from playlist but please add again as the last version.

yup, super annoying that collection is not in the tree of playlists, i actually am going back to 6 because even if you are in playlists and use your shortcut to search collection that is messed up to. Oh well, back to 6!
Agree that this is highly annoying ... it appears that the only way to do this is to open the sub-browser, choose the playlist icon in the sub-browser, and drag tracks from your collection in the main brow2ser to the playlist in the sub-browser.
Very inefficient and takes up screen space having the sub-brower open.
Use the new horizontal split screen. You can drag tracks from there. And for request use taglist. All buttons are grouped nicely. A little practice and you understand how this works really well
split screen still kills the quickness of keyboard shortcuts to search. even in split screen if I use the keyboard shortcut to seach collection and the focus is on the playlist tab then it doesnt work
Removing the tree layout was stupid hey. Was a great system and these icons are just limiting and create more clicks. Yes you can right click press add to playlist but if you have deep folder / playlist architecture it's not as straight forward as dragging and dropping down.
I completely agree, even for me this lack is a disappointment! Collection view was very helpful in Playlist view, I come back to Rekordbox 6
