No Sound output from DDJ REV5
I just bought a DDJ-REV5 controller and have it hooked up to my MacBook Pro (2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7) running Monterey 12.7.4 and with Serato DJ Pro software. The controller controls the Serato software but there's no sound output either through the speakers or headphones (in fact, the master sound bars don't even light up as they do when I'm using the software only on the laptop). I have updated the DDJ Firmware already but no fix yet. Please help!

I have the same issue with my newly bought Rev5. In my case I do not even see the decks on serato when the controller is connected. I tried multiple things to fix the issue with no success. I contacted pioneer support and they will contact me withing the next 72 hours. If I can get it to work, I will write an update here

Chris Lake, The issue I had was fixed by updating the Serato software on my laptop to a couple of versions newer than what the serato chart recommended, depending on the OS you currently have. I loaded a track to each deck and started to see the waveforms but no sound. Make sure that you adjust the device's knobs (volume output) depending on where you are getting your output from (master or booth)
Скажите, как-нибудь удалось решить эту проблему? У меня абсолютно идентичная ситуация с контроллером Pioneer REV5, только система MacOs Big Sur, а в остальном... "Контроллер управляет программой Serato, но звука нет ни через колонки, ни через наушники (более того, индикаторы уровня звука даже не загораются, как это происходит при использовании только программного обеспечения на ноутбуке)"..... Скажите, как решить этот вопрос, в чем может быть дело?
