Music stuck on a loop I didn't create

Hello,

Sometimes when I play music, rekordbox becomes stuck in a sort of loop I didnt create, and keeps playing it even if I change the track on that deck. The volume doesn't seem to work on it either. It only stops when I quit Rekordbox.
Can someone help please?
