Track error, failed to download from Tidal, in Rekordbox

Is day 1 of my DJ journey, but the authenticate process and download tracks from Tidal is rubbish.

Brand new flx4.

i have subscribed to family membership using apple id, in Tidal.
I can login, and tracks are listed in Rekordbox.
but if load a track to Deck 1.. Red error track error.
download. Failed to download
sign out and in 20 times, logged out of Relordbox
Beatport is working, i registered and can download and add tracks

Help!
